My Sweet Babies & The Children's Museum

These sweet babies are too much!

 Olivia went to the doctor for her 

6 month check.  She is 97%

for both height and weight.

She's 21.5 lb and 28.5 in.

She's making all sorts of new

sounds and faces.

She loves moving 

around across the floor

on her tummy!

JJ loves playing baseball

with his Daddy!

He also loves singing

his ABC's.

We think when he's singing

he says, "...JJ, Elmo, P, Q, R, S..."

He loves singing,

counting, talking,

and snuggling!

 The other night we went to Dairy Queen

and Olivia kept trying to get all of our

treats!  We got her a cup of water

with a straw to keep her busy

because she was desperate for ice cream!

She's likes drinking water from a

sippy cup, but needs help to do it.

 Olivia's hair is getting long on top!

It's also started to get longer on the sides.

It's really soft and fluffy on the 

sides after she has a bath.

Olivia tried sweet potatoes

the other day and really seemed

to enjoy them!

JJ likes it when sissy's hair 

blows in the wind!

 Olivia loves to read books!

 I love you sweet sissy!

 We went to the Children's Museum

the other day.

 JJ was very busy!

Olivia will probably have more fun

the next time we go!

6 Months

Olivia is 6 months old!

I can't believe it!

I had this adorable

Minnie outfit that I was 

hoping would fit for her 

newborn pics, but it was too big.

By the time we did her next

round of pics,

it was too small!  

The button popped off the diaper

and the skirt kept riding up!

I decided to take a few 

6 months pics of her in it

because it is too cute

to just leave in her closet!

It came with booties too,

but she kept kicking them off!

I'm hoping that maybe the hat 

will still fit for her October 

pics and she can wear it with

a different outfit.

I love the tail!!

The diaper would not stay on

and the skirt wouldn't stay in place!!

Olivia loves sitting up to play!

Olivia loves hanging out in her stroller

and watching JJ play outside.

I love when she wears leggings!

Our grown up baby doesn't want to 

lay back in her ABC seat anymore,

She's got to sit up and be part

of the action!

I've adjusted the seat from infant recline

to toddler upright

(this chair converts to a toddler rocker)

and she seems to prefer this 

new perspective.

I love you sissy!!

 Sissy is moving around like crazy!

She can do the worm!

She loves to lift up her bottom

and go up onto her knees.

She can make some

serious progress creeping around!

She also likes to pivot around 

in a circle to see what's around her.

Home with my Babies!

I'm really glad that I decided

to take some extra time from work

to stay home with these babies!

I love our double stroller morning walks!

JJ and Sissy always trade

their toys back and forth.

JJ is talking so much and it's 

really neat to be able to spend 

this much time with him!

He loves learning new things!

JJ is so funny.

If I ask him if he's hungry,

he says, "No, my JJ."

We're in the beginning stages

of potty training,

and it's been very messy!!

These babies definitely

keep me busy!!

We're still working on pedaling!

He mostly just does

Fred Flintstone style!

JJ loves these little magnetic outfits!

JJ loves all the silly guys in my

parents' backyard.

Since my sister is now working part time,

we've been trying to take

advantage of the time

I have off of work

to get the babies together!

JJ loves pumping the water

in his water table!

Olivia is always reaching for JJ!

I couldn't decide which 

was the cutest so I posted

them all!
