John's parents got JJ a blue truck
for Christmas this year.
Because he got so many gifts
and because this is an outside
toy, we decided to save it in the garage
until the weather got warmer.
We set it up the other night
in preparation for the
nice weather.
JJ had a lot of fun using tools with Daddy.
Even though the kids were sick this week
(both had ear infections and JJ had
pink eye), we were still able to
get out and enjoy some fresh air
and sunshine!
JJ and Olivia are starting to seem more
like brother and sister lately.
They laugh, interact, play (and fight)!
Hopefully this spring will bring us
less trips to the doctor's office!
These two love to run around
and dance together!
We love you sweet sissy!
Olivia likes doing big girl things now.
She combs her hair,
brushes her teeth,
takes her temperature, and
opens and closes doors.
Olivia loves to pucker up for kisses!
She really wants to feed herself with a spoon.
She puts the finger foods on her
spoon and tries to eat them that way!
Olivia takes any opportunity to climb inside
the cabinets! We have locks on them but
if I open the door to get something out,
she runs for the opening!
Another favorite hang out is the bottom
of this bookshelf.
When JJ was little we lowered this shelf
because he was always trying to climb
the shelves like a ladder.
Now sissy thinks it's a little bench!
